Founder & Chairman
Magdy Tolba founded and developed the group’s businesses in automotive components, textiles and real estate. A graduate in architecture from Cairo University, he began his career in academia before entering the private sector in the early 1980s. He has built long-standing relationships with international partners and held leadership positions in Egyptian textile industry and export organizations.
Group CEO & CEO, T-CAP
Ahmed Tolba oversees the group’s strategic direction and manages its textile business, including T&C Garments’ strategy and operations. As CEO of T-CAP, he leads real estate investment across Egypt and the UAE. He also serves on the boards of the group’s companies and led its structural reorganization, strengthening governance, capital allocation and oversight across the portfolio.
Board Member
Sara Tolba played a central role in establishing T&C Garments and oversaw its financial affairs and early operations as production expanded. She previously worked as a credit analyst at Commercial International Bank. She holds a degree in economics from the American University in Cairo and a master’s in management from the University of Warwick. As a board member, she contributes to group strategy and operational decisions.
Group Chief Financial Officer
Alaa Badawy has more than 38 years of experience in finance and administration across manufacturing and service industries. His expertise includes corporate restructuring, financial policies and procedures, and systems implementation. He is a chartered accountant, a graduate of Cairo University’s Faculty of Commerce and a member of the Egyptian Association for Taxation since 1997.
Board Member
Bassem Nabil Iskander brings nearly three decades of senior finance experience across automotive, real estate, construction and manufacturing. His previous roles include Group Finance Director at GB Auto and senior positions in mortgage finance and construction. He joined T&C Garments in 2024, contributing to funding strategy, capital management and corporate governance. He is a certified public accountant and holds an ACCA Diploma.
Financial Planning & Cost Control Manager
Ahmed Gamal El Din joined the group in 2016 and is responsible for financial planning and cost control. He previously held cost management roles at Elsewedy Transformers and Ajwa Group, where he gained experience in industrial operations and manufacturing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cairo University’s Faculty of Commerce.
